Atley Peterson
Suite |
|
This large suite is named for the
gentleman who built the house in 1896 and lived in
it until his death in 1909. The beautiful birds-eye
maple woodwork likely came from his lumber mill,
which was located on the nearby Kickapoo River.
Local history tells us that Atley Peterson did more
to promote the growth and welfare of his village
than any other person of his time. |

 |
The Atley Peterson Suite is as distinguished as the
man for which it is named. The suite has a
queen-size sleigh bed, a beautiful carved wood
fireplace, and a sitting area with two wingback
chairs. Four large windows flood the room with
light. |

A highlight of the suite is the
luxurious private bath, a private oasis of
relaxation and serenity. Choose to soak in a deep
air-jet tub with options for hydro-thermal massage
and aroma therapy, or to steam in a four-foot
walk-in shower. There’s a custom-designed vanity
and plush terry robes to add to the experience. |
